Our first visit to Plug Canna6is was a huge disappointment. The salesperson was incredibly impatient and unprofessional. We were there for less than a minute, yet he rushed us, claiming he had repeated himself five times when he hadn't. As first-time customers, we expected to take our time and ask questions, but instead, we were pushed to make a quick decision. If you value good customer service, I recommend going to Hunny Pot Cannabis at Sheppard and Kennedy Road, just 1 km away from this place. They offer a much better customer experience. We won't be coming back to Plug Canna6is.

I recently visited this cannabis store and was quite disappointed with the service. The salesperson was notably impolite and seemed in a rush, which prevented me from thoroughly exploring the available options on the screen. Instead of allowing me the time to make an informed decision, the salesperson was insistent on pushing a specific product. This lack of attentiveness and customer respect was disappointing and detracted from the overall experience. I hope the management addresses these concerns to improve service quality in the future.
