Since 2009 we’ve been dreaming up spaces for Cannabis lovers to feel at home. As smokers ourselves, we were sick and tired of sketchy alleys leading to bargain basements that made us feel like we were doing something wrong.

Canadians deserved something better, and so we opened our first Smoker’s Corner head shop in downtown Calgary that same year. Finally a bright, clean, welcoming place where marijuana enthusiasts could gather and geek out about cannabis culture – weed, bongs, pipes, vaporizers and our love of the plant!

After legalization, we knew we wanted to bring that same vibe to selling Cannabis (man, sometimes we still can’t believe it’s finally legal).

Canna Cabana was created for people who loved weed (still do) and want to buy it, smoke it, and talk about it in a playful, safe environment. We call that a Cabana and we built it for you!

Most employees are very helpful except budget Wilson Fisk. Dudes a pain in the ass. He called out the wrong product so no one in line was claiming it and threw a little fit when it was finally figured out, refusing to acknowledge his mistake and acting like it's the customers fault. Never had a customer service worker so clearly display their dislike of their job and customers. If the prices weren't so good I probably wouldn't come back.

Bought a cartridge with no ID, it broke immediately. Came back to return it, got refused service for not having ID. I'm 38 with a grizzly beard. Smh. Never again. What a rip. Yeah, yeah "must have legal ID regardless of appearance" would be a great argument if it wasn't 12 hrs earlier that I was there purchasing without an ID. Hence the return. So clearly, that's not always the case, just whoever is working at the time...? Can't claim consistency when there is none.

Bad customer service overall. Was refused service even though had a valid ID. Initially it was my partner who needed to buy but forgot his ID. I went and we were discussing what he wanted me to buy and they said we shouldn't be discussing inside the store cause of the CCTV. Weird vibes overall. They choose who they serve. They should reshuffle employees. It will hurt the business in the long run.
