Amazing customer service. Delivery was quick even though I placed my order pretty late, and the guys delivering were SO nice. Quality of the flower is always great too. Highly recommend Kingsway Cannabis
Delivery was easy and fast and driver was super kind, even with snowy road conditions! They texted timing updates which was very helpful.
store said order would arrive in 30mins. after an hour i called. an hour after i was told driver would arrive in half hour, i called for an update. i was told "he's in the neighbourhood. he should be right there." another half hour goes by. i call to cancel my order. i am told that online orders can't be cancelled (?!?!) and "hasn't he got there yet?" then my phone rings. the delivery guy has arrived. "are you coming down?" . NO. i'm not coming down. you come up. "ok i'll come up" me -waiting . . . waiting. The store calls "he told me the order is delivered"
i tell him the order is not delivered, that he hasn't buzzed yet. the store "oh do you want him to come up? me - He aready told me he was going to come up but he hasn't buzzed. "OK i'll tell him". at this point, i lost my cool. I ran 3 floors down to the door where the delivery guy was talking on the phone and trying to buzz me. I pretty much grabbed my delivery from him in case there was going to be some kind of a story about why he took so long. I will NEVER again.
I visited the store today to use a $5 coupon I received during my last visit about a month ago. Instead of just accepting it, Mike decided to interrogate me, asking for the name and hair color of the person who gave it to me. It honestly felt like he thought I was trying to pass off a fake coupon, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional.
I get that stores need to protect themselves, but Mike's approach was over the top and made the whole experience uncomfortable. I ended up leaving without making a purchase, and I won't be returning if this is how customers are treated. I hope the store rethinks how they handle situations like this, as it really reflects poorly on the business.
Horrible prices as well. Go down the street for way better prices
