Bad staff. The joint has a good selection of products and a decent layout, however, the staff lacks the core fundamentals of customer service. I asked a simple question 3 times and in response to the queries I'm pretty sure was only told to choose whatever in a very confusing accented English. 1. She didn't know the products 2. Couldn't engage in conversation (social skill issue) 3. Could have been done by a robot. Another time I had to explain something to a worker 7 times to only find you didn't carry it (510 screw-on charger). Overall the staff just makes the whole experience bad. Why even go there if I can find it somewhere else with better customer service?
So a came here a number of weeks ago and it was just awful. First off, the service. The staff that was serving me barely spoke English, the guy I spoke to could barely understand me when I was speaking to him- And clearly wasn't knowledgeable about what they were selling. I intended to get 7 g's of regular weed with THC, so the guy gave me a few to choose from, and I picked a certain one and asked him what the THC percentage is, but the ones he picked out -they were THCV, which doesn't feel like the regular high of Marijuana I was looking for.(waste of money)- The guy just straight up lied and said it had a THC percentage of 25% when it didn't have any THC at ALL and was a THCV package. How about you fire these people and stop hiring folks who A: aren't knowledgeable at all on the products- B: don't speak proper English!! why come to Canada if you can't speak English? anyways, Second is the selection and choosing. It is very, and I mean almost extremely inconvenient to have a store with these products that people specifically ask for, to not have a menu of some sort to look through, on top of that- with some of the staff to have very little knowledge on what they're selling. It's ridiculous. Overall/In Conclusion, this is easily the worst dispensary in the city.
Make it right? How? You had one shot to be good to customers. You sour that, it's over. We remember the bad experience more than the good, train your staff that. You lost a customer, and in retail, that should be the last thing you'd want to hear. Straight up. I don't want you to ask me to 'reach out'. Too late. I encourage all cannabis customers to SHOP ELSWHERE. There are far better dispensaries in the city, with point systems, KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY staff, better selection and prices. Do a little bit of research, trust. Thank me later.
This joint... It is a trove. Shelves are lined and are a shifting landscape of pleasant options. Prices are fair at worst.
Service is al! Winnipeg weather without a forcast but general is fairly pleasant. Ackward transaction flow with staff walking back and forth from till to waiting customer and back again. Often feels understaffed.
Of the many nearby options for stick icky goodness... This is one of them.
I always find a great deal and have received great service. They really have a huge selection. I look at the website and walk in tell them what I want and leave quickly with little to no hassle.
