Was in a rush so I let the worker know what I wanted and he set me up in less than 3 minutes. Was very satisfied with the selection he chose thank you Connor!
both of the staff were very helpful in helping me find a vegan gummy by showing me options in store and checking the websites for ingredients. good customer service, good price, will be going back.
Got a blunt and the package was completely empty. Guy didn't wanna exchange cause the manager wasn't in so my bf asked to call the manager. Eventually he gave him a new one. He gets in the car. And it's half empty lol. Went in AGAIN. And he refused to give him another one. So my bf had to buy ANOTHER ONE. Why are your products empty and half full? I question their suppliers. Should have given him another one for free. But he had to pay for another persons problem. Lowkey disappointed and won't be going back.
I have been coming to this store once a month since the store opened and have had amazing customer service until today. I came into the store, waited in line and then asked the customer service person about the No Future CBD Bombs because I thought I might be able to get my needs met with one product.
Customer service person resonded with an answer and I then asked for my usual order because the product I was inquiring about wasn't what I needed. I left the store, got home and realized that I was given the No Future CBD Bombs, so I drove all the way back to the store to get a whole bunch of anger and attitude thrown at me by the customer service person, who is apparently the manager. Like it's such a huge incovenience to ask that the products be switched out, you had to rescan some products and hit a couple of buttons. I drove a half hour to bring the products back and paid someone $40.00 an hour to watch my dependent loved ones, so it was an incovenience for me and even so, I wasn't bothered by a simple mistake until I was treated so poorly. Just anger coming at me not an apology, I must have heard you wrong but: "I gave you what you asked for".
Won't ever come back; there's a store on every corner. This is the manager of your store really?
I visited Value Buds on June 5, 2025, at around 9:45 p.m. After reading some of the more recent reviews, I'll admit I was a little unsure about what kind of experience I might have. But I was pleasantly surprised. The young gentleman working at the time greeted me right away and was both friendly and genuinely helpful throughout. I didn't catch his name or I'd mention it here, because he definitely deserves the recognition. I really appreciated the service I received.
