Online rewards system is painfully slow, also they need to pull up another system just to redeem points. Also inquired about a concentrate selection mix up and was told to go to another location. It's been the same lineup for MONTHS.
I've been coming to this location for almost a year now and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Good location, good variety of products and fair pricing.

Always messed up pricing more expensive than other places and really bothered me when I tried my best to get there before close at 11 and they closed 7 minutes early. :(
I was their customer for years. I bought a vape that wasn't working. Went to return it two times to be told by the staff they are not able to process returns, and to come back when their supervisor is there. Finally, the third time the supervisor was there. She would not refund me because I didn't have the original packaging bag. I'll never go there again.
