Nice looking store thanks in part to Tokyo Smoke which was here previously. Service here is horrendous tho. After a struggle to find anything worthwhile I waited at the front counter for a full nearly 10 minutes while the only person working did something in the back. I ended up leaving with nothing.
I have purchased the same strain for the same quantity, for over 10 times in the last 2 months.
After a long day, I opened my yesterday's purchase, only to realize that I got a different strain. I spoke to the manager and was told that I couldn't exchange my other sealed-packed-strain unless I had the receipt. I get it - legally, a receipt is necessary. But what about customer service and relationships?
I am never going back to the store again.
Beautiful store, love the way it's laid out and the free stickers. I phoned with a question and got excellent customer service on the phone, as well as in person when I stopped by. I felt safe and valued, thank you to the beautiful person who helped me, you excelled today :-)
