We bought a cartridge for the first time and Ryan (our sales associate) showed us how to use it properly and troubleshot it for us. (Good thing) He discovered that the battery wasn't working so he replaced it for us immediately. Great customer service 10/10 will return. Thanks Ryan 😊
I don't leave reviews but I love to support local. So here: Best pot shop in Calgary in my opinion. I have had such great experiences here every time. Their staff is amazing and so friendly. My last 2 visits I was being helped out by Basel and then the second visit was Ryan. 10/10 for both of you. Gr8 hires. 2 super rad guys that answer all my questions about what I'm looking for and I've only left once with a product I wasn't happy with and my next visit they helped me sort out what I did and didn't like and recommended me a great replacement. This company is great because so far all the staff are actually knowledgeable on the product unlike other shops. They're also cool for having an easy lay out on the tablets to view what they have (other shops have busy flip books that are hard to even read) AND they have Staff Picks selection which is cool because a lot of shops if I ask what they recommend I get nothing back.
The staff at this location are amazing and super knowledgeable on the products that they're selling as well as taking strides to trying to connect more within the community, they have great sales and is super clean inside. Ryan is a great employee there and will always make you feel welcome if it's the first time buying or your 100th
I was in today and was greeted by Dawn in a very comfortable way.
She was very informative, as I had many questions about what's best for me and why.
I will be going back and look to trying all my new treasures .

This was my first visit to the store and I found it clean, bright and the products were organized in a way that made sense to me.
I was greeted promptly and enthusiastically by both Dawn and Basil when I entered the store.
Dawn went on to spend a lot of time educating me about the products they had on hand and was able to answer all my questions about the properties of various cannabinoids and how to pair them to achieve the best outcomes possible. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and very friendly.
