So uptight about ID. I understand them covering their backs and the safety reasons. But when you've been going to the same location for a year straight, they got your file on hand, and they won't help you cuz you forget your ID. Hell if they had cameras watching them or the auditors in charge of inspections are in the room, I get it. But when no one is there and there's no cameras and I've been buying from same place for a year and I still get turned around. Lame as hell. Don't recommend. They even turned my father away and he's 66 years old. The whole "ask if 25 or under" doesn't apply. Most textbook dispensary. They all like that. Value buds got better customer service and better buds.

I went on the morning of December 29th with my brother and received the worst customer service i've ever experienced from a cannabis store. We went in with the intention of spending a decent amount of money on concentrates and vapes and I ended up leaving with nothing and my brother with only 2 things. The employee was rude, questioning us on everything we looked at, wouldn't let us have a conversation about the menu without giving negative feedback on anything we were taking about. And then would tell us instead what to get (assuming we had no idea what we were doing) and it wouldn't even be good recommendations. We will definitely never return to this location and I hope proper customer service training gets provided to this employee. There is a way to teach people about products even if they are beginners or just learning(which we clearly weren't) and i'm beyond disappointed with the treatment that employee gave us.

No idea what I was getting, or what I needed, but was walked through, given help, and not made to feel like a pain in the booty or looked down on for knowing ziltch. I have consistently felt hostility from this particular employee but never enough where I would write a review but that all changed after tonight . Upon arrival to make a purchase I was accused of trying to make a purchase for a additional individual outside , after explaining to this employee three times that I was not affiliated with the individual outside , they proceeded to tell me to ' calm down ' which in retrospect I can now identify as a micro aggression because I am a black male who was in fact not hostile. The individual on the outside turned out to be an employee of this establishment and instead of an apology , the employee went on to further escalate the situation, I decided to leave initially but I returned to let this individual know how I felt but was again met with hostility and told to leave because I was now trespassing. This experience has particularly hurt me because I've spent a lot of money here and would even describe my relationship with other members of staff as good . In my entire time in Canada I have never felt like how I felt tonight where I was being judged based on my appearance and skin colour. I would implore this employee to check their biases , because I may present a certain way but I am in fact a hard working individual who just wants to blow off steam after a long days works . Unfortunately this location will no longer receive support from me . I am truly disappointed with my experience . FYI telling someone to Calm down is ..
