I come to this store for Bridget alone, she's so kind and friendly. She remembers the two things I like every time and remembers the people I am with so that if they're shopping without me she can give them what I like. One time my partner went without me and she reminded him that I like "the light blue can or the yellow can but not the banana one, she doesn't like fake banana".
If you guys can't have more competitive prices then ypu won't keep customers. I walked in, saw $199 ounces and walked out
Put in an online order, went to pick it up, paid for it and then was told it was now out of stock because my order was sold to someone else. They asked to refund me and the refund hold on my card is 2-5 business days which screws me over more than these people understand. Definitely won't be back, you guys lost a loyal customer. This is twice this has happened with my orders. There should be a better system!
I went in to purchase some stuff and when I went to pay by tap it said it didnt go through. So I did it again by inserting the card and then said insufficient funds. I checked my account and it showed they took the money out but nothing on their system showed. They couldn't give me my $55 dollars worth of stuff and said I'd have to wait until the next day. That didnt help me at all in the moment. She then mentioned to me that this has happened before of it not showing up as paid but taking other people's money. If this is an ongoing issue this is not the place to be coming to again. What a headache and then being left with no stuff to boot and broke me for not being able to get anything
