Went to this store for the first time the other day and I will not be coming back. The customer service was terrible. The employee that was working was very rude and unprofessional I think her name was Ashleen. I was just asking her about the Selection and she rolled her eyes and gave me attitude. She acted like talking to me was an inconvenience. If I ever come back I hope she's not still working there.

Was recommended this store as I'm new to town and had been to other locations, upon walking in I was welcomed with a snarky attitude which immediately made me regret my decision of choosing this store. As someone who works customer service the attitude and customer service was what I would expect from a disgruntled 5y.o who didn't get what they wanted, not a women named Ashlene who CHOSE to work customer service. I have never been dissatisfied enough to bother writing a review but this was atrocious, I will not be returning to this location due to this.

I was visiting the area and had asked around for a good place to stop in and pick up a few things, I was suggested this place by a few locals. I'm not necessarily a new cannabis user by far, but the couple of questions I asked the sales associate, Ashleene I believe, I was made to feel like I was bothering her, or distracting her from something, as she was a bit rude and short. I eventually just sighed and gave up and decided to take my business elsewhere. What a weird experience, usually our bud tenders are some of the friendliest & chillest people. Probably won't be returning to this location any time soon.
