Asked for a 1g preroll joint, went home, opened the package and it was a vape cartridge. Went back to the store and the girl with glasses said there's no refund because the package was open. She then proceeded to criticize me for not checking the package before opening it, when I asked her to show me where it says what's in the package she couldn't find the description either. She then insisted she sold me what I asked for, which is impossible because I've never used a cartridge before and it is impossible to mishear "1g preroll joint" for a cartridge. I then asked for the manager's contact information and she said she cannot provide that information. I don't know if she was high on the job or what, but refusing a $30 refund to lose multiple longtime customers (all friends will be boycotting and dropping their own reviews over time) is ridiculous. Avoid this store if you don't want to get scammed.

Loved this dispensary!! Great presentation of product and very clean store! Kiran went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience here. Will be returning soon and recommending to others.
Great dispensary! Always have a great selection and they are open until 2:00 am! Everytime I go in, Kiran is always super friendly and has great suggestions if you're looking to try something new!
