During a visit there today I found the New owner- Riley, very rude and abrasive, while talking down to customers in response to simple questions.
Will be avoiding giving my business here until attitudes change.
Its really To bad ….. the former owners and staff members had always become part of the community. Definitely do not get that feeling anymore
Love this location! Always kept very clean and tidy, staff is amazing, and shoutout whoever did the Christmas decorations, they look so cute!
Great little shop! Ryley has been amazing! Recommendations are spot on!! He always has a smile and is super knowledgeable about the products in question. Would recommend this shop if your looking for a great deal and friendly staff!!
The store was so pretty and very well organized but I'd love to mention how helpful staff were and friendly. I was needing advice on best options to get. I wish I got his name, Pass on my appreciation to the guy who was working, blonde tall young gentleman. He was gem to be helped by. 10/10 recommend will come back if ever in town. Also, reccomendation was amazing 👏
Finally got around to visiting this adorable shop after driving past it each time I visited Bragg creek. Service was great, staff knew their products they had on hand and were able to get me exactly what I wanted!
