Like this store, very nice, relaxing tone and great staff (10⭐️)
Went there for my first time on Friday and was greeted by a lovely woman named Lexi, she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable with the vast variety of products they had. If you come in and she's there you'll be in very good hands!
Really nice decor in the store and the sales people are super friendly. The selection is nice and has value all the way to premium selections
Always a pleasant exchange at 13th floor and lots of selection. If a staff member doesn't have an answer, they find it. Pleasure doing business.
terrible place to work and shop. the employees will talk smack about you the second you leave the store. also found out that they are willing to pay a new hire a dollar more than an employee that was with them for almost a year and had amazing performance. yeah. they also mark up their accessories 50% to make sure they make a profit off of it. and at least a 33% mark up for the product. don't waste your time here. If I could give negative stars, I would.
