Can't say enough good things! Every time I go in, no matter who is working, they are so nice and helpful. Whenever I have questions, they are always happy to help. And they are dog friendly! So I can just walk over there from my house with my pup :)

Above and beyond friendly staff! Love going in and being greeted like a friend. Staff has become well versed in my personal preferences and has numerous high quality products to choose from. As compared to "big" stores, 13th floor has better higher end product, the craft strains of the industry, love the shop!
Great experience at this store for the first time. Very nice gentleman greeted me when I came in, and was not pushy but offered help if needed.
Solid selection available at the store, and they have some cool deals for their members, which is free and easy to join.
