Worst experience I ever had at a dispensary. Incredibly rude for no reason. Workers there need some experience because it's clear they have none. Says online I need 1 ID Ive bought from them before even one of the workers backing me up claiming they don't need 2 IDs for online orders months back. I certainly won't be returning if you wanna make up some rules when I've shopped before. Plenty of other dispensaries who actually care and respect their customers! It's completely fine asking for 2 IDs but CLAIMING ONLINE FOR 1 IS RIDICULOUS. Hire some new workers because the ones you have absolutely no respect for customers!! And treat us like nothing and im fed up with greenstar and it's worker's. Having absolutely no respect for the customers who keep them open

Lost a customer. I literally been there countless times never needing 2 pieces of ID and some new lady acts like a child cutting me off saying nope nope you need 2 IDs. I definitely won't be coming back if that's how they treat customers
