Staff has changed and so has my opinion now. The 1 female manager is great 😉, the others eh. I took back my Big Blue Razz Diamonds 510 cart with both receipts because it leaked like crazy! I showed the guy my battery with cart still attached and he said they will not do anything because it is less than half full. Yes it is you idiot it's all in and over my battery pretty much wrecking it. You just lost a regular customer this afternoon! Back too "Sessions" even if they are a little more. Unhappy & Unstoned!!

Been coming here over 3 years never got such a weird vibe from the staff like i got today. I so miss the previous store manager and the old welcoming employees. The new batch of employees give a very weird vibe and are not as professional and welcoming as the previous batch of staff. I might take my business else where next time. I been using my same piece of id for last 3 years at this store and suddenly the white women with a hat on needed a second opinion and when i asked whats wrong with my id, she wasn't even polite enough to give me an answer. Maybe train your new employees more on how to be more nice and welcoming towards customers, at least towards customers who have been coming 365 days a year. I have never been so much disappointed with value buds waterloo location. I dont care if you require second opinion on verifying my id but you do owe an explanation when i asked you why.

Garbage store forgot my wallet refused service im literally covered head to toe in tattoos im clearly of age the chick answering the door doesnt even look of age ... terrible absolutely terrible.

Had to update an old post where I criticized their staff due to lack of friendly, good customer service. Changes made as of late, have definitely improved the experience there. Friendly staff makes a huge difference! Nice work management, keep up the good selection of product.
