This store has one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional, especially when it comes to ID checks. I understand the law requires ID if someone looks under 25, but here they treat it like harassment —, one of the employees even threatened to call the cops on me just because I questioned being asked for my ID a second time in the same visit. Instead of making customers feel welcome, they make you feel like a problem. Definitely won't be coming back.

All the staff are great except for Michelle. At least that's what she said her name is. She was rude, unprofessional, and obnoxiously arrogant. And every interaction is the same way. I finally had enough, As a regular customer I will NOT be going back because of her.
