What's the point of the loyalty program? I've been trying to use the points for 6 months!! 6 months the system has been down and now magically it's back but I only get a certain percentage off?? Like that's bullshit. Total scam. I've spent so much money here because I like the idea if getting a free bag. Now I only get a percentage off? Like that really does anything. Woohoo 25% off does so much for the customer. I will go somewhere else.
After building up a couple hundred dollars in VIP loyalty points they come back with their new system and completely screw over all their customers. I hope everyone will take their business to other dispensaries complete Scammers

This place is not racially friendly by the owner Im a regular and was asked for ID i was there waiting 15 mins early !and she let the CAUCASIAN man go in past me without ASKING for ID ,this is happening to much at dispensaries now I will be contacting headquarters about the incident .
Had an issue with a disposable and the lady handled it AWESOME! She made it an efficient and smooth return and refund. VERY good customer service!......
Some time later.....
I've been shopping here for quite a while and have accumulated rewards points that suddenly are not available I've asked in the store what's going on they just seem to shrug their shoulders and say we don't know I've sent emails to the company and have not had any replies so I now do not shop at True North any longer.
Lost money...not good business.
