Why was my review removed? Staff is always kind at your locations but your product assortment is rough. No selection on ounces, continually running out of product due to under ordering from head office, different prices across your own retails stores and the glitch in your point system hasn't been resolved and it's been over a month. So my account is still missing 400points with no resolution from the stores or the company. You are better off trying another company and this one is struggling.
If it says something is onsale, make sure you pay online, it you try to get it in the store they will charge you full price. Says kush God is currently on sale but when I went to buy it instore they guy charges you full price.
I used to have to do my research to find the best price for what I wanted. Then I found TN, and now I know I'm getting the best price. The staff are super helpful, nice and knowledgeable. When I ask questions and opinions, they don't just push the staff picks, certain brands, or feed me some BS to sell a certain product. They actually listen to what I am looking for and make an appropriate suggestion. They have always hit it right on the head with what they offer me. The best place in Niagara by far!
Out of all the dispos I've been too, this one has the great quality products at a fair price, a big bonus too is all the staff I've encountered are always so nice, considerate and knowledgeable
