These guys are awesome! The whole staff is welcoming and fun, when I go in I actually feel like I'm just vibing with friends.
They also know what you like and they'll recommend new stuff, which is great.
I just learned today that they also have a recycling box for the plastic packaging. We love a place that rocks some recycling 🤘
Of all the dispensaries I've been to, this one had the worst customer service. My dude looked like he wishes you would just kick him in the face than tell you anything about the product.
On first impression I was impressed by this store. I went to buy some flower and a bong caught my eye. I decided I wanted to buy it. It disappeared in the back with 2 employees and when I got home and opened the box the one I had picked out had been changed for another one with scratches in the glass and it was a different colour. I don't have time to really drive back and deal with it but it has left a sour taste in my mouth for this particular establishment. I am very disappointed with the shady switcheroo.
It felt like I was bothering him by asking where the concentrates were. Not friendly at all. Whole experience was odd.
Great manager! She is the friendliest, most helpful, bright, and just the type of person you want to be around, great energy! Good selection of product!
edit: i've read a few of the comments about what seems to be a issues with a particular staff member. i would like to point out that i am a regular here and have not seen him around in awhile. im not saying one way or the other, but an obsevation. that being said every single other staff member has been above and beyond! update: -Aug 19/24-
just found out they are now taking requests! if there is a product you haven't seen in awhile or they don't stock then just ask and they'll put it on the next weeks order! what another great reason to keep going there! plus the great chats with my buddies!🤘🤘
