Placed order at 7pm and they still not delivered my product and it's 9pm and saying closed worse service in chatham

Michael who helped me was absolutely AMAZING! I have been in customer service roles for over 14 years, even in management positions and he shows exemplary customer service skills! I felt like I was talking to a friend, not a store service rep. He was very personal, made conversations with ease and had me leaving with a huge smile. 10/10 experience will be coming back due to low prices and THE BEST customer service. Thank you again Michael!
The staff here are so kind and knowledgeable that it's hard to shop anywhere else. Felicia and Quinton might just make it into my will. Awesome people. Me and my friends usually smoke crack or meth but drug dealers these days aren't very nice. Glad I made the switch to True North!
I've been visiting my fiance who resides in Chatham (where True North is located) and have visited this location several times over the course of my stay. Each time I've stopped in and shopped, I've been greeted by polite knowledgeable staff whom are very passionate about cannabis. I've visited numerous dispensaries in the United States and Canada and the team at True North has all of them beat by so far, in regards to customer care, friendliness, knowledge and quality. I am always excited to visit and leave happy, satisfied and at the end of it all (once I get home) heavily medicated. None of there product have disappointed me or my fiance so far and it's very hard to please the both of us. I'm so passionate about cannabis that I've become a connoisseur myself (running a 1300+ member stoner community called Cloud 9). Michael (one of the bud tenders) has been amazing, every time we have stopped in. I had a conversation with him about the quality within the industry subsiding because of monopolization in the United States and he was able to hold a conversation about so and actually ended up giving me some advice with regards to better suiting my medicinal needs, in which I have took up and it was very helpful. True North is the way to go by far in my opinion!
