I've been in dozens of stores across US and Canada and this was by far my worst experiencein one. Overpriced carts compared to their competitors in the area ( like 25% more) to sell you a bad product. I was told to come in with my receipt to return it, but once I did they refused to honor what I was told about their return policy when I bought it and also over the phone. Wasting not only $50 on a bad cart but also my time and gas since I don't live in town. Not really sure why anyone comes here 😕 when there's a dozen other shops with good product, stellar service, and cheaper prices right in town. Needs improvement. I'll certainly never be back, and don't believe them if they tell you can return anything bad. I was told to come for a return 3 separate times, then refused all 3 times once I actually got into the store ( and yes, I had my receipt) but it seems their employees are not on the same page with each other. Horrible communication.
Well here is a review from me and it is straight up and honest with zero BS. BTW I have never met Anthony the owner before yesterday and did not know him. I have been dealing with severe chronic pain (24 hour now) for over 10 years. My last attempt to fix this as I am against prescription meds was Cannabis. I googles some places near me and I came across Tonik - I was so inspired on the story of the owner Anthony as he got into this to help his sons with their pain I called him from work and we had a lengthy conversation. I went to his place and he recommended a few items and I took one last night and I can say I have not slept this solid in over 5 years and my pain is not as bad as it has been from one pill!!!!! From the bottom of my heart thank you Anthony for helping me alleviate the pain I have had for years! God bless you!

My experiences at Tonik are always good. I'm always greeted with a friendly smile, and the staff seem knowledgeable & have made some good suggestions to me. On top of that, they have the LARGEST selection of cannabis products & accessories that I know of!
The staff at tonik cannabis Brantford are amazing! They're very kind and helpful ❤️ we attended their anniversary free barbeque and it was a blast 💥 from the cake and hotdogs to the free merch we had a lovely time!
