Second time I've come here when it's advertised "open" and I'm greeted with a sign that says "be back soon, Sorry!" Come back 30 minutes later sign is still up, just close the place down instead of saying you're open

They never seems to have the people that are supposed to be working there working there. They always have to call people over from other stores. And when I call they don't ever know what's going on place. I have a order for delivery, it's still there at the store. They don't know what's going on like. This store is always messing up very very unprofessional

If you want to pay more then any other place in the city. Tokyo smoke is for you! All prices are at least 10% more, some up to 30%. Eg: wappa is $18-$20 anywhere. Here at Tokyo? $26!! 30% more then anyone else in the city. The price gouging isn't reserved only for this location. It's across all the locations. If they were truly offering something different, it might justify the cost. However, it's the same product in the same packaging, handed to you across a counter. They don't dance, sing, do a magic trick, no hug, no beer on the way out. Why the up charge??
