Update - I've returned to the store and just like my first experience- Logan provided at-least 5 different customers and myself with fast, efficient and informed purchase experience.
Awesome place and the resin vape cartridges quality wise, are very much nicer than previous product lines I've tried!

Terrible terrible terrible customer service.
I've dealt with 3 employees over the span of the month of me going to this location since I've moved around this area and the 2 employees (one female mixed skin tone other bigger white dude) wish I knew their names they were very nice and helpful
Last employee (red haired transgender lady into a man with a terrible fake beard and eerie high pitch voice) I had to deal with just disappointed me and upset me. Said my Ontario photo ID wasnt valid or real and didn't even give a valid reason. Just pointed at the date and said it's fake aswell as gave me terrible attitude and looking at me like the THING was angry.
P.S. I've never have had to show my ID to either of the first 2 employees EVER even when having my ID in hand just a warm welcome and asked what I would love to shop for. went there consistently for 4 weeks since I moved bought plenty of items spent around 300$ already.
As a consistent smoker for more than 25 years, I appreciate anyone who has even close to as much knowledge as I have about smoking marijuana. Look no further than this group of wonderful individuals located at the Tokyo smoke on King Street in Oshawa. This group of wonderful individuals not only knows everything there is to know about getting you high but they have the best prices around and the best product around. Logan is your man and quite possibly in my opinion the guru of cannabis. I have never been strayed Wrong by this gentleman and I highly encourage anyone who is looking for a wonderful experience to come to the Tokyo smoke on King Street and ask for Logan he will not steer you wrong. Best staff!! They already know my order right when I come in. Even offer new drops that they think I'd enjoy. The staff are soo friendly and loving with my dogs too! We all get treats when we go to Tokyo Oshawa King. Shoutout to Jen L!
