One of the oddest encounters I've ever had at a cannabis store. I walked in and told the gentleman at the counter I was looking for pre-rolls with high THC. Like everyone does, he asked me the usual question: "Do you prefer indica or sativa?" I told him that doesn't matter to me—just high THC.
He immediately pushed back, saying, "No, it does matter. You need to pick one."
I replied, "Neither of those makes a difference for me. I just want high THC."
He then told me he couldn't even give me a list of available products unless I chose one—indica or sativa. Which, honestly, is one of the weirdest things I've ever encountered.
First of all, I'm not about to get into a debate over the so-called scientific merit of indica vs. sativa, because it's complete hokum. There's no solid evidence that either produces the effects they claim—it's 100% subjective.
And more importantly, just show me what you've got with high THC. I don't care what it's labelled as. Can't you just sort your inventory by THC content? That's basic filtering.
extremely poor / meh options to choose from. only has 1 option for a 510 battery. and 3 for cartridges. WTF other dispensaries have catalogues worth of options. also the cartridge i buy for $31 at Fire and Flower near my place is $38 here and the battery i buy for 12 bucks, here its $19. Let alone the dry flower prices. Ud be better walking to another place down the street.
Hands down the worst managenent/owner of any cannabis store in Toronto. I was stoked to live across from a pot store but in the past few years, between the stupid high prices and the wierd, garbage "winter hours" (heads up to the owner, people buy weed in the winter as much as they do in the summer), I hardly ever go. I decided to check in again today to see if the prices have dropped to become reasonable and they were out of stock....of everything? How does a store become so poorly run that they completely run out of stock when every other dispensary in the area is fully stocked? go anywhere else.
overpriced, bad hours and closed on sunday. better off going to canna cabana or value buds down the street for better quality, prices and hours.
The girl took more than 5 minutes to even come out from the back.
