I am very loyal customer to this particular location & it's always so wonderful! Rhianna( I'm sorry if I spelt it wrong) is such a wonderful employee! She's always so personable & has such a friendly attitude. It's always so nice coming & seeing her! And if I ever have any questions about products, she's quick with an answer & is very knowledgeable!
Ayden was great to shop with, no issues almost didn't take my tip, but kinda left no choice. Since I've been in barrie, the only place I get my carts (: although the store needs to get more hoddies in all sizes! 5 star for Ayden and 4 for the store!
Strange choice of employees. The "customer service" makes it feel as if they are doing you a favor, even though you keep their business alive by choosing to shop there.
This store employee with the long blonde hair is 1 of the rudest woman i have met in the business, entitled Karen thinks a 60 yr old lady is going to wait behind a strap when her people are already inside, they have to ensure your of age, great but when you can see the lady is older, calm down Karen I can Limbaugh too. Ignorant staff. Never going back. For a store that has very little customers they treat people like that, not on my time. Or money. Too many other places with better service.
What a hole. Find elsewhere to get your premium flower. Just an opinion. Better options in Barrie for sure.
