Been coming here for awhile now and went to grab my pick up today and just chose to leave a review. Just needed to say no matter who I encounter when I call or walk in, it's always the BEST customer service and treatment. Whether it's answering my questions, suggesting diff products etc, it's always friendly. And of course, the products are all worth it. I'd recommend this place to anyone. "We try our best not to sell defective cartridges but since you opened it, our policy states no exchange. Go call the company" was mentioned by Supervisor (07/01/24) when I tried to exchange an unused defective cartridge with receipt… I never even used the product. Clearly visually defective. Defect was acknowledged, and verified, but not one accommodation was made. Avoiding this spot unless I absolutely need… Advantages: - Extended operating hours - Cool store setup with variety Disadvantages: - You must have magical abilities to determine if the product inside is defective, otherwise, once open, even if perfectly packaged back, you will not be granted any accommodations. - Supervisor mentioned that this request would be a loss to the store. There was no client care other than the welcome upon entry. Fix 🆙
