Exceptional customer service competitive pricing with good selection
Been going here for about a year maybe more never had a problem before always been great and friendly. Until today I called for a little more understanding and detail on a package. To see how much was in said package. The women on the phone immediately was upset Immediately had her back up I'm genuinely asking a genuine question on how many was in there before I got to finish my question she launched into it explanation, on how all the information they have comes from The manufacturer, and they have no knowledge of it. That was not actually what I asked about. She would've known that had she let me finish my question. I hung up as I didn't wanna get upset and had My Husband call back to try and ask the same question. Someone different answers they launched into The same thing about manufacturing information. My Husband let her speak and then said we don't know how many are in the pack as it doesn't say. In the end, I got my answer. For the record, the manager statement was my I was standing behind my employee the whole time, and she was very professional which was weird because I hadn't actually asked my question because she interrupted me.
