I wish I could rate this place five stars. They sell good quality products, their staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and the location on Wilson is convenient.
I've been many times, and while my in-person shopping has never been anything less than fabulous, ordering products online for delivery isn't worth it. This is the third time in a row I've ordered delivery from this location and not received it on time. I'm not talking about a couple of minutes late, but usually 30+ with no notification.
I've previously been understanding, as my orders were scheduled to be delivered shortly after the order was placed. So, I get it, it can be difficult to coordinate. But, if this is a known and reoccurring problem, why offer delivery times that are within half an hour of order?
Not to mention the website will show the status of your order, but you're not able to refresh the page without losing it. There's also no order history and no way for you to check the status of your order if you refresh the page or close your browser.
They do offer text updates on the status, but these are largely unreliable. I placed an order today shortly before 3pm, asking it be delivered between 4:30 and 5pm. Its currently 4:58 and I've not even received a notification that the delivery is on its way. So I will likely have to call again and follow up on my order.
For a place that guarantees delivery "within the hour", this is very disappointing service.
