Last week, this review would have been 5 stars. Today it's two. Here's why. I made an online purchase a few nights ago for an item listed as being 23%-27% THC. I picked it up in store, paid for it, and brought it to a friends place where we opened it, only to realize that the package was labeled 19%. I emailed TMH about this and was only offered a refund, provided the bag was still sealed, which it wasn't. No other compensation was offered, which I find unacceptable. I've been a bi-weekly customer for about a year now. I have given TMH a great deal of business in that time, therefore I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a free item or even a discount on my next purchase to rectify this experience. After all, I was essentially MISLEAD by their website into purchasing an item I wouldn't have purchased if I'd have been better informed. Their email address is misspelled on their website and still is, despite my informing TMH of this, and despite being told it would be corrected. Perhaps this is deliberate so that customers CAN'T complain when issues like this arise. In any case, they've lost a customer. My advice to anyone shopping here: double check the percentages of anything you buy before spending a dime. It makes shopping on their website redundant, but at least you'll get the best value for your money.
