The shake store. Come here to buy cheap pre ground organigram or some overpriced distillate vapes. Unfortunately they don't carry products that are worth consuming unless it's in a 3.5g flower option. Regardless of how many times one requests a product, this store will never bring in some rubicon flower (NOT PREGROUND) or loud plug live resin carts because it's not dumpster grade stuff.

Use to be a decent shop , prices , managers etc . The last 8 months have been horrible and this past few weeks has made me give up . Never open hours after they should be open . Nobody answers the phone and when they do they never understand why your calling and not do they want to help … constantly being promised to be called back with a simple answer if there even going to give me my product I PAID for already and still never get those calls . Whatever happened this shop is sad because it went in the gutter . Took be let alone 12 plus months to get my points that was LONG over due as it seems to be nearly impossible to get ahold of anybody to actually fix / so anything . Then they go update there system / app collab that doesn't even work and has been up for month so now I have a ton of points of a can't even use … sadly the way the shop is and the product , employee's I don't even recommend wasting your time there and stress yourself out . Do yourself a favour and order online or go to the next best dispensary . I've addressed and explained this situation to there contact us email and that gets you no where as well … TCANN went from one of my favourite to one of the worst in and around town and for that I wish I could give lower then one star … sad….UPDATE DECEMBER /17/ 2024 … they claim to help me and get it gets worse ?! I've never met a dispensary like this ! I was already dealing with prior issue with this store and got a email back and thinking somthing w ..
