I placed an order and half an hour later the manager calls me and says its not worth the delivery because I didn't tip. After questioning the buisness practice she said she isn't the one who needs the drugs. And the proceeds to refund me through head office insted of the debit machine so I have to wait 5-7 buisness days for my 75 dollars back. Very shady. I usually walk in for my stuff but I don't think I will ever do buisness with them again. Big river is the store for me. They respect their customers and don't play games with their money. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.

been inside the store once not a great experience didn't leave a review that day because I assumed the employee was just having a bad day, when calling the store today to ask a quick question. either they got tired of the ringing and just hung up the phone or it timed out twice. I understanding missing one call due to customers in the store that's why I waited about 10-15 minutes to try calling again. in that time I was able to call the other stores in town and were able to give me a proper answer.

Been going here for quite a while, and have also used the delivery. The customer service I've experienced has always been amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and always make time to answers any questions. prices are cheaper then anywhere else in town. 10/10
