Very Lawful dispensary. But I dread going in there, most of the staff is great owner is great , but doesn't change the fact I hate going there. I'm newly 19 been smoking weed from the streets for years, now I can legally buy safe government issued stuff at a store. Usually I go in and I see staff members that see me regularly and they don't make a big deal about the id (I look 30). First time I had a bad experience the clerk ask for my id in a rude superior know it all tone wasn't even courteous enough to let me go to the counter to show him since I had finger injury and dog in my hands. When I show him the id he rudely tries to grab it I resisted. At cash he annoyingly asked why I didn't let him take it I explained because typically pepople look with they're eyes not their fingers. Last night I show up to pick up pre order, it's busy. I recognize him from last time so I took out two pieces of ids to avoid him touching it and he was rudely trying to grab it without my consent and then just told me rudely to get out. I was not happy I was there legally with genuine cards (picking up pre order). Your store should post signage saying we reserve the right to physically hold your id. I would've confronted him right there but I get to mean. I was not happy, it's a nice store with nice selection and prices but doesn't mean that allows them to act like snobs you'd think they almost sell jewelry. Here at least once a week, but the one time I forget my wallet at home (all the way in osgoode) I can't get served. I don't look that young, and the piercings on my face should be enough of a give away 💀 Half the time I'm asked to take my ID out of my wallet anyway (brand new wallet, that you can very much see everything through). Won't come back, just an inconvenience at this point.
