Came here when it first opened with amazing service and reliable hours. About 10 months ago they just kept being closed due to staffing issues, and now it's literally a guessing game if they are open on a daily basis. Best to go to another store within the area, as there are many other options.

The posted store hours don't mean anything. Literally the majority of times I want to stop by the store is locked or there's a sign saying "be back in 5min" but it's actually around 40-45 min before they go back and open the store. Terrible flower selection, the only reason I go is because this location is one of the few in the city that carry a particular CBD concentrate I like. Due to their inability to maintain basic hours and have staff actually working, I'll be ordering from OCS before ever going back here

I've been going to this outlet since it opened. On occasion it has been closed, when it should have been open, (out to lunch) but such is life. Overall I have been pleased with the service and selection, the staff is friendly and on the most part knowledgeable. I visit here and the Merivale store regularly, both are clean and nicely done up. My only gripe is I haven't been able to buy a regular pipe screen there for over a year. The staff informs me they don't do the ordering of stock. Could they at least put in a word for them.

The "be back in 5" sign should be changed to be back in an hour, so people dont sit outside waiting for 25+ minutes for those 5 minutes to be up. Place is literally never open, it was nice because its so close to me but a waste of time since all 6 times Ive gone to go, theyve been closed when the sign says open

worst stashco around. i usually go to the one on merivale and it has solid selection and staff. This location is straight garbage. The selection of flower and concentrates are lacking any quality brands. Expect a selection of d teir brands like edeson and good supply and nothing packaged sooner than 6 mths ago. In short: old flower ( they sold me stuff over a year old), mediocre brands, average prices, and ameteur staff. Also just read the other reveiw that mentioned there was a sign at the door saying they would be back in 30 mins and when i showed up the other day i had to wait outside because of the exact same thing... quality service👌
