The price is not affordable and secondly when you call they can't tell you over the phone of what products they have they force you to go on to the website I think that is rude!
not everybody have a computer! Their website is not accessible friendly either. I will not return.
I was pleasantly surprised on my first visit here. The layout was simple and spacious. There were clear and informative displays to make choosing easier, and I received great service even though this store ended up being sold out of my first choice item. This place really is a great value option.
Limited selection of products
The server refused to serve after me and my friend showed our passport. Said he needed valid id
I come here every day and get the same thing. They don't even ask me what I want They already know. Today however there was someone there that I haven't seen. They ask for ID even though I look at youngest 30. I explained that I come here every day. Ask to get someone who works there that knows me. They tell me that every one is in a meeting and I can wait. I say ok. Then an employee that knows me walks in. I explained to them and they newest employee is yelling in my face and being disrespectful. The employee had to beg for his co worker to calm down and go into the back. Then the employee decides to be antagonistic towards me threatening me and making me feel like sjit. When I finally get served I was shaking and in tears by how I was treated. Customer service was horrible and I have been coming to this store for so long. Also the employee kept referring to me as "bro" when he was talking to me. Very unpleasant experience. I even pulled out my phone and started recording because of how bad the treatment was. Then I had to stop and catch my breath and stop shaking from this incident.
Staff wasn't welcoming or helpful. Tokyo smoke next door may have a little less selection but the staff was a lot nicer. Seriously I left value buds without buying only because the one guy working there made me so uncomfortable. Pretty unbelievable experience based on the location.
EDIT: after going through a few more reviews I notice that they recently changed the name of their business after literally scamming multiple people. They would claim to sell 3.5g of flower which some customers then weighed to find was actually 2g, 1.5g even EMPTY in one instance and as far as I can tell they never reached out to those customers or did anything to make it right. Guess I dodged a bullet lol. Thanks creepy sales guy!
