Amazing place amazing prices great customer service and had a great time with one of the employees only reason the rating is so low is cause I went to use they're pressing services and the professional wasn't in but staff offered to press my material, we then proceeded to lose roughly 21gs of pure live bubble hash through failed attempts at squishing, staff did all they could to fix the issues by being nice and collecting the bags as well as they could but I ended up leaving with 4 gs of smokable rosin with allot of blowouts inside and rest in messy pucks I later had to slow cook in butter to get my materials worth but all in all was my fault for not waiting for the professional and they where great people regardless

I went to this store and bought a pack of prerolls and when I got home the box was completely empty. I called the store the next day and explained what happened. They said to come in and they would refund. When I arrived at the store they changed their mind and said there was nothing they could do. Needless to say I will never shop at spirit leaf again.

This is my favourite location! All the staff is always super friendly. They know who you are after a good amount of visits and are always willing to help when needed. I've had mistakes made on my account that have been promptly fixed and I'm loving the nearest rewards program:) thanks everyone here for always being the best!
