Unfortunately, my experience with Sparkle Cannabis deserves a flat zero stars, mainly because their customer service left a lot to be desired. I'd recommend steering clear of this place since there are better and cheaper options out there.
Here's the deal – I put in a delivery order, they charged my card, and then out of the blue, they axed my order without giving me a heads-up. No call, no message, nada. I had to be the one to ring them up and find out that my order got canned because, surprise, they didn't have a delivery driver.
To add insult to injury, the refund they promised? It's playing hard to get, taking a whopping 3-5 days to process. So now, I'm stuck without my stuff for days. If they knew their driver was out sick or MIA, why not update the website or, at the very least, give me a heads-up before confirming my order?
What really grinds my gears is the lack of any kind of apology or compensation. No coupon, no gesture – just a canceled order and a vibe like they couldn't care less. Sparkle Cannabis, you've got some serious customer care catch-up to do.
