I have been going to this location for about a year and half and the staff and the weed has been great ( the weed is a little more expensive than everywhere else) but they price match within th city limits which I guess is a fair deal. Today I got to meet two of the new? Or old? managers (never seen them before, go in twice a week) letting me know that no price matches will be made without their loyalty program after today. So as a person who grabs around 6-8 grams of cartridges a week it's not worth it if you don't price match because your paying about $6 more per gram just inner city let alone if you online order.

Hello Team, I shopped at your store today and wanted to buy a hybrid. I have been cheated by the salesperson(Employee) Brittney. She offered me a Wagners - Cherry Jam (Cherry AK-47) Pre-Roll - 3*0.5g and told me it would be a hybrid. I told her that the packet does not mention hybrid anywhere but she responded that it shows hybrid on the computer (which is lame!) It turns out to be just an Indica strain after smoking half the joint. Also, the same is confirmed by looking at the product on your website. I need an exchange or at least a refund of my money. Can someone from the store respond please?
