I was in sessions yesterday and I found a cheaper product they carried and they told me that they price match there. So I was able to get the product at the cheaper price and I didn't have to drive out of the way. I felt that they are knowledgeable about the products and their customer service was great.

Definitely a one star. Terrible service because 3 frustrated customers and I waited 20 minutes. 4 people were inside and we waited 20 minutes. I understand sometimes they only schedule one employee but still this is ridiculous. At 2:00pm a 20-30m wait now (I am typing this as I wait even damn longer) is dumb. Will not be coming back!
