Called ahead around 10:45 to see if they closed at 11 they said they can serve until 10:55 only for me to drive here and the doors are already locked its 10:53 thanks welland dispensary on Niagara street. Why not just specify you actually close at 10:50 instead of giving people the run around I wouldn't have made the drive.
