If I'm ever actually able to shop here I'll edit this review, but every time we come by it's closed during posted operating hours. We've come by 3 times now, solely to check out their $69 deal. The first two times the store was dead and no one was there, just closed. Today, there was a note on the door saying staff was on a break, and a gentleman sitting off to the side of the lot smoking a joint, so we decided to just wait in the car until the break was over. About 15 minutes later the employee gets up and goes inside, so we tried again but he had locked us out. My partner waited at the door for a second but we decided to go back to canna cabana instead.

They send out a email stating 25% off on everything in store. Get to the store and I am rudely told it only applies online and you need a minimum purchase of $50. Lost a customer.

Honestly hate leaving a negative review but there's a couple of individuals who are employed here that really rub me the wrong way and overall very rude. They have horrendous customer service experience, feel like they don't even want to be there and never crack a smile or anything, ask too many unnecessary questions, also inquired about product once and had in back as he claimed but couldn't sell to me for whatever reason. These two also always ask for my phone number upon a preroll purchase and just feel uneasy.. I believe they're brothers as they both act exactly the same. One I have not seen in a while but the other one still here.. the good people here are Jeremy, Aaliyah, and new girl I believe Christina not sure, they're all awesome and go above and beyond.. this other guy and his brother which I haven't seen in a while are toxic and need to go
