Usually a good experience but bought a charger that had less than 100 pulls and stopped working . Company won't take return without receipt !
Very disappointing
THE BEST cannabis shop is Oshawa! Not only is the store memorable but so is the staff! Sascha was not only knowledgable but super friendly and was able to suggest some products that I could use. They really helped me figure out what was best for the issues I was having! Cannot wait to come back and visit!
I've been a customer at this store for about 7 months and always had a good experience, but recently Paige truly went above and beyond. Until she helped me, I had no idea I'd been accumulating reward points. She kindly explained the program, showed me how to download the app, and even walked me through how I could convert my points into gift cards.
Not only was Paige incredibly informative, but she was also welcoming, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I got the most out of my experience. Thanks to her, I now feel like I'm getting the full value of being a loyal customer.
