The staff at Puffins are incredibly kind, i'm not sure I've ever even had to open a door there for myself? The online ordering is a great option, but if you do make it into the store, they have a great range of glass and accessories to go with your ganja! They've got a wide selection of products and competitive pricing, and out of the 4+ stores in town, this is my go-to.
