I've been coming to Paradise for a few months now, and it's hands down one of the best dispensaries in the area. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection of products—from flower to edibles and concentrates. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Shoutout to Harry who always takes the time to explain strains and make solid recommendations based on what I'm looking for. You can tell they actually care about customer experience.

Unfortunately, as a first time customer, I won't be returning. Purchased a vape that came defective, and despite bringing it back unused with the original packaging I was told no exchanges or refunds after 24 hours. This was not communicated during the initial sale. As someone who also works in this industry, I find this very disappointing as we always make a point to inform customers of our return policy, especially since we know sometimes we receive defective product from the OCS (especially vapes). I cannot in good faith recommend a store that has such poor customer service. There are lots of other dispensaries in the area with reasonable exchange policies, and I recommend you visit them instead.
