I was sitting on my bidet when I realized there was no water pressure. With no toilet paper in the house an existential dread hit me but outside of business hours Daniel climbed through my 3 story window to wipe me clean. Exceptional staff experience 👍
Got confused at the locations but wanted to give a shout out to Mike. It was my first time checking the store and he took care of me. He gave really good recommendations and he definitely knew what he was talking about. Definitely coming back!
Christian was very approachable. Also very friendly and made me feel like all my consumer needs were taken care of with quality. He's very focused on the customer and customer experience. Great experience!
I've shopped this location several times and the staff is always fantastic and knowledgeable. This was the first time I was looking for something very specific and needed guidance and advice. Cassidy offered the information and advice I was looking for and was patient and informative. He showed me a few options for gear and advice on how to use the products I bought.

These scammers sold us an empty box of banana og's... ruined our night. We drove 20 minutes to get this weed only to find out when we got home that the box we were sold was empty. I am lost for words...
