We went into the store, the girl working was talking with a customer and there was people sitting in the back room talking, as we could clearly hear them. It was very obvious we were ready to make our purchase and no one came to talk to us or even see if we needed any assistance or help. After standing around for quite sometime, we still weren't even acknowledged. If you're dealing with a customer before hand, that is understandable but at least acknowledge the other customers in the store and let them know you'll be with them shortly.
Good place the people are very knowledgeable and courteous.
Super fast delivery! Was able to find some strains you don't usually see in local Ottawa dispensaries. 🙏🏻❤️
