This location has the sweetest staff and the most welcoming energy. I always leave with a smile on my face, having had such lovely conversations with everyone working in the store! The manager, Tony is always so kind and they all always have such great recommendations!! Love shopping here!

I came in hurry to catch on time but this store had already closed at 10:50 which makes me so disappointed. I travel 20 mins for this shop. And never be there*********** hate this shop.

Rude customer service for no need at all. I asked the guy a few questions about the different products and he rudely said "there's the board! You can see for yourself" then pointed at the board. Gee thanks. I went one other time just to see if it was a fluke, but nope same deal. Do yourself a favour and walk 100m east on bloor and go to Grower's retail. The prices are just as good but their customer service is always awesome. I've never had a rude or surly employee there ever!

Walked in to assist someone in a purchase and the man who was at the front completing transactions was extremely rude and was using a raised voice when addressing my situation, leading to the manager having to come out. The manager spoke respectfully and helped us out but her employee had zero right to raise his voice at a PAYING customer. Won't be returning during morning hours anymore! Evening staff are much nicer

This goes out to the older lady that works there with the curly hair. I believe she would do a better job working at service Ontario. Her aura (or lack thereof) does not make Value Buds feel like a safe place to shop at. She's very unpleasant and even though she's served me many times, still asks to see my I.D. Some people just have a tone in their voice that's completely devoid of humanity. That's ok. Maybe customer service isn't for you.
