I'm bipolar. I can get high but I really shouldn't. I'm self-medicating with alcohol for many years. I needed to take a break but still be able to sleep. I asked for help, and i got it. A mix of cbd and cbn, that has some sedating properties without the high. PERFECT for what i needed.
