I seen a video where one of your employess (a female) got mad a t a customer (for whatever reason) and actually locked him in the store for a minute..kidknapping him telling him he could not leave..what kind of people are u hiring there???..ur lucky that was not me because it would have been quite different for ur employee...the video is on youtube...I will post a link soon so ppl can see for themselves..

My bf and I LOVE this store. We come here (and will continue to come here) for all our needs, however, an incident happened today which didn't set well with me. Before I explain, I'd like to strongly say the problem was positively resolved and I was very happy with the customer service recieved by the manager and the male who originally sold me my cartridge. Originally, I was dealing with another taller woman with short curly hair. Her first impression was that she wasn't to excited to see me but that's based on my judgment. Secondly, as I was explaining the problem and how my cartridge was faulty she rudely was looking around the store (hardly any eye contact) she practically rolled her eyes and had 0 bedside mannerism. I took this opportunity to pull out proof of purchase with my banking statement. And as I did this she didn't even look at it, just turned her back to me. She had push back and that's when I told her the male was the one who originally sold me the cartridge. She said "I'll get him for you" in a monotone voice. Honestly from a woman who has worked in customer service since I was 15 years old, I was not impressed with how she handled my situation! Picking your nails and looking around the room while rolling your eyes isn't what you do in conflict resolution. I deal with clients who act exactly like that at my job so on my days off I'd like to be treated with a little more respect. I felt this review could be used for a training opportunity in how s ..
